Our team was invited to expand the refreshed Kroger Beauty "look" off of the catalogue pages and on to the shelf. We worked with our merchandising partners to elevate the department and create a unique destination that focuses on self care and self love while still keeping food at the center, like everything Kroger does. The single store test in Atlanta performed exceedingly well and has been rolled out to 4 more stores for extensive testing in different markets. Some customer quotes the research team at 84.51 shared with us were, “Oh WOW!” “I’ve never seen anything like this in a grocery store; it’s shocking but I love it.” “It’s real stuff, who knows what they do to make the models look like that.”
